| Martel Electronics, Sirs, I wanted to take a moment to let you know how happy we are with the two cameras we purchased from you. We have been using the two window mount Hi-8 cameras we purchased back in February non stop and have found them to be excellent. I was particularly impressed with the ease of installation. I was able to put fully functional cameras in two vehicles in one afternoon. It was so easy to connect them to our emergency equipment and mount them in the vehicles. Even the case they were shipped in was of excellent quality. It has been great to be able to take these cameras out of the vehicles to record crime and accident scenes as well. I was especially impressed with the fact that we were able to equip both of our squad cars with cameras for less than I would have spent for one of the more expensive "hard install" camera systems which do not have nearly the versatility of the Martel. There was an additional bonus that we were surprised and thrilled to see. Since we installed these cameras, Officer complaints are non-existent in our department. In the 10 months we have used these cameras, we have had ZERO public complaints regarding officers. Our successful prosecution rate has also increased dramatically. I really enjoy walking into the courtroom and seeing the look on a defense attorney’s face when I hand the County Attorney a video tape. These are priceless moments. I have already recommended your cameras to two agencies in Iowa who are researching In-Car Cameras. I will continue to recommend them to anyone who calls. For the smaller agency, your product is particularly valuable. Thanks for making this product available at such a reasonable price. Your excellent pricing has made it possible for us to protect ourselves completely. It makes us feel like you have a real concern for our safety, rather than the almighty dollar. We are already planning on investing in additional equipment from Martel to fill our other agency needs. Please keep up the good work. We are proud to call ourselves "Martel Customers".
