That was the question I was asked to buy for our office transcriptionist a comfortable headset. I didn't know they even had such a thing as a transcription headset. The real definition is "A comfortable, adjustable earpiece with a sound tube" well you wont find that answer on the internet. I know I searched for it, finally had to call Martel to buy one. After they helped me with the transcription headset I added a professional dictation machine for my doctor. Its made a huge difference and I can send the files by email now to the transcriptionist. Nice job. Dragon medical practice edition in on the next purchase. We are all tired of typing, lol.

I've been a Martel customer over 40 years, and I have bought and used this headset for many years, and it is my all time favorite headset. I've used several other more higher priced and they just were not as good...
