What make the Philips Pro model so great is the automatic email function. This feature was designed for the Medical transcription and Professional users. Here's how it works, at the doctors office for example, when he connects the digital recorder to the USB computer connection it takes the file off the recorder ad puts it onto the computer. Next the program takes the audio file and sends it through his email program to you automatically. so all you need to do for you is put in your email address in the Philips program on the doctors file.
