The dictation transcription equipment package sony worked ok for my office. The unit is a low use unit I wouldn't recommended it for heavy use.

sony transcriber compare and reviewed by customers. The important information I learned about the sony transcription dictation machine m2020a helped me decide to buy this for my boss. He wanted a hand held dictation recorder that he could dictate into while reading notes. I am able to plug in the foot pedal and type up his dictation all on the same machine. The sony transcriber/dictator makes it easy and the sound quality is excellent. This sony transcriber is highly recommended by me.

The sony m2020 dictation recorder is so easy to use. My dictation machine m2020 has been on my desk for 2 years now and has never let me down. The only draw back is I wish it was a digital dication recorder.
