DVD transcriber for dvd transcriber applications, 9/28/2009

DVD Transcriber for court room recording and transcribing. I use the dvd transcriber with all my work in the court administrators office. The dvd transcriber allows easy transcribing of video files with dvd transcriber features. I would recommend the dvd transcriber to anyone who works for a court system.
