INFORMATION ABOUT STENOMASK FULL FACE MOUTH FOR VOICE RECOGNITON, 1/4/2011

This stenomask mouth piece fits over my Mini Steno-mask. The stenomask is a small portable microphone with a plastic case around it. It allows me to record my voice in the courtroom without disturbing the proceedings. How does the stenomask work? it fits over the mouth of the verbatim court reporter. It has a cable that plugs into my laptop and marantz digital recorder. The voice is fed into the laptop through this cable. The stenomask allows discrete talking into the mask while I am noting who is speaking and what the are saying. You can plug the Mini stenomask into a large array of equipment such as a tape recorder, laptop, wireless transmitter or digital recorder. For small depositions I use a 2 channel Marantz digital recorder PMD671. You just talk into the mask and it has a special microphone inside the plastic shell the dampens the voice so no one can hear it. It all the Mini stenomask allows to to communicate silently with my recordings devices without making any noise. This last year I incorporated voice recognition into the mini stenomask to start testing the ability of VR. The mask has performed excellent with my software.
