We have installed a gel damping feet so we eliminated vibrations that come from the table on which the microphone sits. This also helps eliminate air conditioner noise. This microphone is Perfect for tape & Digital recorder. It also is compatible with polycom phones and video conference equipment.

Perfect microphone for olympus digital voice recorders. I looked around and read all the reviews and picked the conference grabber microphone for my olympus digital recorder. The pick up range I now get is around 30 feet. Tremendous.
